At the beginning of the Palamós road, next to the public parking, we find a corner building with commercial premises, community garage and three floors of apartments.
On the first floor facing south, we find this apartment in which we must emphasize its location, comfort, and the speed in which it can be maintained to enjoy the coastal town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
Crossing the landing, and without having to climb a single step, we enter the apartment, directly into the spacious living-dining room dressed with a clear parquet floor. The kitchen is indirectly in the living room, only separates them and creates two environments, a sliding door of iron and glass. The two bedrooms are double and have fitted closets. Both bathrooms are complete, one next to the suite has a bathtub and the other has a shower.
