You arrive with the intention of “seeing just one more.” Just another house. Just another Saturday.
But something happens as you cross the gate.
You cannot explain it, but you feel it.
The children get out of the car, and within two minutes, they are already running through the garden.
There is no need to tell them to behave. Here, there is nothing to break, only space for them to get dirty, fall, get up, and create a childhood they will remember for a lifetime.
This house is not from a magazine. It is better.
It is real. Welcoming. Well-maintained.
It features six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, a comfortable kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and that light that makes everything seem easier.
You step out onto the terrace and can already envision yourself there.
Enjoying Sunday breakfast.
Celebrating with friends.
With summer ahead and no desire for it to end.
And then they tell you about the community.
The summer activities for children. The beach bar, the football field, the tennis courts.
That pleasant neighborhood atmosphere, where you can let them go out on their own without checking the clock every five minutes.
You go down to the garage, see the wine cellar, and think: “This is for me.”
And without realizing it, you are no longer “viewing a house.”
You are imagining your life here. And deep down, you know: you do not want to leave.
